about the program

The assignment is to establish the base for research exchange on hematological disorders for researchers from Kyushu University (Japan) and Mahidol University (Thailand) in Bangkok, Thailand.

The purpose is to analyze clinical conditions of hematological disorders and to develop new treatments for them. The research group led by Mahidol University (Thailand) has various cases and therapeutic experiences.
Alternatively, the hematological disorders research group in Kyushu University (Japan) has advanced analytical capability.

This research exchange will help health improvement in whole Asia. By studying various cases we will try to analyze the disorders and develop new treatments. This will help develop advanced technology and will create a new study area, Asian Hematology.
