Prof. Sasaki performed extirpations of acoustic neurinoma as many as 238 cases, and statistics also show that surgical death is 0%, facial paralysis is 3% and listening loss is only 48%. He advocates the importance of leadership as a top and the efficiency of on-the -job training to educate successful surgeons-to-be.
