Aging and extinction of cancer cells
 | Prof.Norio Wake is intending to promote cancer cell into aging and extinction. He is trying re-construction of P53 stability signal in cancer cells. He found when estrogen receptor is activated, the aging speed of cancer cells is reduced. When estrogen receptor is activated, re-construction of P53 stability signal is appeared and the aging speed is accelerated in cancer cell. He understands this phenomena is one of the target for therapeutic intervention for a new drug. |
