A large scale cohort study
 | Kyushu University, Graduate School of Medical Sciences is promoting a large scale cohort study as the 21 COE program to find risk factors for lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, myocardial infarction and malignant tumors. The 21 COE program members including Prof. Takayanagi wish to follow up 50 thousands people to survey customs in life and periodical clinical examinations and to find genes responsible for lifestyle-related diseases. |
