Regarding the Special Lecture by Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine Laureate Professor Bruce A. Beutler ～Nobel Prize Inspiration Initiative～NEW
We are pleased to welcome Professor Bruce A. Beutler, recipient of the 2011 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, to our hospital campus for a lecture and Panel Discussion..
Professor Beutler was awarded one half of the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, jointly with Dr. Jules Hoffmann, for their discoveries concerning the activation of innate immunity. This groundbreaking research has greatly advanced our understanding of the mechanisms of immune responses and has contributed to the development of treatments and vaccines for various diseases.
This event has been made possible through the generous support of the Nobel Foundation and AstraZeneca K.K., as part of the Nobel Prize Inspiration Initiative.
This will be a valuable opportunity to hear directly from a world-renowned scientist, and we look forward to your participation.
